Can you believe this playhouse is air conditioned?  Talk about luxury!  The previous owners outfitted it with an air conditioner that survived the move. Electric was updated in the remodel to make sure we were up-to-date with today's standards.  We located a front door that was ordered incorrectly for a house at a local lumberyard, and were able to purchase it for 25% of the cost.  We used a remnant of luxury vinyl from a local flooring store.  The siding that needed to be replaced on the front facade was also left over from a project that we painted to match.  The interior front wall is dry erase board that the kids can write on.  Who said ceilings have to be white? I promise you, color is nothing to be afraid of.  Venture out a little.  You won't be sorry.  This little 96 s.f. playhouse has brought such joy and hours of fun to the kiddos.  They take pride in it as they also helped in the process by painting and helping sew the curtains.
